since everyone seems to have some kind of saga, i decided i don't wanna be left behind.

the saga of my hair

ok so maybe i'm a bit self obsessed, or hair obsessed, or self hair obsessed. but whatever. here goes anyway.

somewhere at the beginning of the year, andrea's hair was cut too short like a boy's and was sp pissed about it. she even wrote about it in her english journal that she was in a really bad mood because of her hair. so yunxi and i decided to cut our hair too. just to try and suffer tgt. haha. or have bad hair tgt. and get laughed at tgt. in other words suffer tgt. just to give things a try we thought, hey, let's cut our own fringes! so yunxi came over to my house and we cut each other's fringes. first yunxi cut her own. and it turned out alright, but i dind't dare to cut my own hair cos i rmbr once i tried to cut my own hair and it turned out really uneven, like burned curtains or smtg. so anw yunxi said she'll cut for me so i was like. oook. so she cut it. and then shestarted laughing like shit and then i looked in the mirror to see what the hell did she do to my hair and i almost died it was way short. like half of my forehead and almost as uneven as the time i tried cutting it myself, just that it was only burnt at one spot. basically [i have to cut this short b/c i have to go study for ss tes tmr] it was really bad. anw i cut it for yunxi too and made it shorter. WHAHA.
a few months ago my hair was really long [and my fringe was back to normal] so i decided i wanted to trim it. layer it, so it wouldn't be so thick and all. and i happened to mention this to huiwen who said, "i'll cut for you!" since i was in a bit of a crazy mood i said "ok." i can't rmbr if we went to my house after sch or the nxt day. but yunxi said she wanted to join too, besides she was in need of a haircut. so we cut and cut and cut. zhuting came along to just look. and as i was cutting my hair she was painting my toenails a really bad colour. haha. but anw. first we cut a bit of huiwen's hair. maybe it was not such a great idea that yunxi cut one side and i cut the other side, cos it ended up really uneven and huiwen complained that it looked really bad, though i couldn't tell the difference. then she cut a bit of my hair. wen cut it halfway and said it was boring so we stopped halfway and asked yunxi to take a seat and we'll cut her hair but wen didn't let me cut so anw she cut. dunno how she cut but there was no difference after a long time and so she decided to try another method.. cutting it when yunxi's hair was still in a ponytail. ie she cut her ponytail. who does things like that anyway? maybe only when they ran our of barbers when all the chinese cut off their pigtails in rebellion to smtg. so it worked. there was a lot of difference! esp when you look at the right side and the left side. at least the ponytail looked fine. but when she let it down one side was 2 inches longer thant he other side. ok maybe not 2 inches but 1.9 or smtg. haha. anw. then she continues cutting it until it looked like shuanghong's hair and i didn't want to have the same hair was her besides i looked really stupid. when my mom came back she laughed like crazyand said there was this big hole at the back and tried to save it for me. and sahe asked me why didn't i ask her to cut instead it would be so much better. [so much better?! how about the time when she kept cutting one side shorter than the other till my hair was sticking out at my ears. and i still have a photograph to prove another bad cut. half my fringe was half the length of the other half.]
the next day at sch i asked her to cut it again for me after sch. and she did. and in the end my hair was like mdmmak's which i decided was even worse. cos at least w the previous hairstyle yunxi said i looked like wonglilin. haha. and i asked wen to cut somemore until she got pissed and cut everything off across. so sneaky. cos then i couldn't ask her to cut anymore cos there was no more left to cut. too prove this, about a month later we went to some pro place to cut my hair and yunxi cut her hair short, and wen got her hair symmetrical again and the hairdresser said my hair was too short to cut. "you have no hair to cut," were her exact words [i think.]. ohwell. so i had to go around lookg like mdmmak and mushroom head councillour combined.
until it grew out again, then i went to cut it again, then it grew out, then i cut it, and now it's what it is now.
we have this thing in sch where we write stupid stuff to andrea's sis annie who's just p2 and she's really adorable. chian asked her to draw a picture of herself w a description so i drew one for her too. as in, a pic of me w a description. the decription was "i have hair like a rooster's [like rooster has hair but you get the idea], wear specs, i am pretty and i like wearing nice colorful clothes [which is not exactly true.]" and she drew a head with just the rooster thingy on top. haha. so cute. and for the colorful clothes i had 2 yellow flowers with the word "wow!" on it. haha. and she can come up with funny riddles. with bad english. well she's only p2 but it's really really really cute. haha. ohwell. must study. bye!
