today is teachers day! happy teachers day! not like any teachers read this. actually, not like anyone can read this. but well once it's fixed everyone can read it already! hurr. and maybe some teacher will read it and feel happy! haha. yay!
at first there was the class party thing so we all just sat there and ate but it was really boring. we weren't even really doing anything. just talking rubbish. and i checked my progress report. it was really bad. not a single ee (exceeding expectations) and i got all cs for chinese :(. anyway then it was really weird because there weren't even any teachers inside so andrea and kaishi went to look for wlk but it was really sad when wlk came no one really talked to her. i mean it was a bit weird to talk to her. she's not the kind who will be friends with her students or anything. then after 2 mins or something after her arrival we had to go off and change and prepare for our performance for teachers' day. for the benefit of those who are not in my school, htough actually my only reader is not from there, the performance is a dance to i wanna hold your hand by the beatles and we have a couple themed costume and shuang and i are wearing pjs. it was totally embarrassing. but michk and zee were like the main couple and had to do even more retarded stuff so it's not so bad. hah. and everyone says it's really cute. when wen was dancing she said she looked at the back and saw this teacher laughing like crap. so well at least we entertained some people. the performance this year is really pathetic though. and the teacher's song on litle red riding hood was seriously stupid. heh. but the dance was totally cool even though chenlili dances a bit funny and nicoleong looked super lost. it was really nice. yepp. poor wlk. she's totally not used to receiving teachers' day gifts. she's really not that bad i guess. i think she's quite a good teacher and sh bothers quite a bit. just that as michk says her pr skills are really bad. hah. yupp. then after that w went to sentosa. we waited freaking long for the bus to come and when 174 came there were a lot of people getting on. i guess they all wanted to go town. then when everyone got on andrea and i were going to get up when the uncle closed the door on us!! aah. luckily the 961 came soon after. gahh. aah.
then when we got there it was really exciting because there as barely anyone! and all the yellow floaty stuff were empty! and all the volleyball courts had no one! whee! it was totally exciting. heh. so first we played volleyball til we got tired then we went to the yellow floaty thing. at first rou rfused to swim with us becaus she was afraid of swimming without being able to look at the floor so she was afraid she would drown. she said "i cannot drown! because i didn't tell my mommy that i was going sentosa today." so i said "if you told your mommy you were coming then you can drown meh?" but she agreed to swim anyway. haha. and we tried playing the kingoftheraft again but as always it as a hopeless failure. so we decided to tan instead. 9 of us squeeed on that teeny little floaty thing. heh. well. we managed to tan for a while then we got bored and went back to play vball. and there was this guy i thought he was using the court so i asked if we could play then i felt bad for chasing him out so i asked if he wanted to play with us but he and his group of frind are such ahbengs. it was a bit not fun playing with them. plus they sucked as much as we did. and we were playing against each other and th guy just happily came over to play for us plus we already didn't like him then because he was really irritating. ughh. so while we ere taking a break they just decided tot ake over the whole court so we gave up and decided it was better to waste our time away swimming to yellow floaty thingys rather than playing with irritating people. so we swam to the first one and there was a littl girl who joined us and we asked her if she'd like to play a game with us. kingoftheraft but aftr a whil i think she got bored of us so she left to the other float which happened to be taken by the irritating people who were playing vball with us. what crap. ughh. then we wanted to try the flippy thing in which you jump off the yellow floating thingy and do a forward roll in the air and land in the water. wen could do it damn well la. so nice. and michk could also do it quite well. but when i tried i landed on my back. then yunxi tried nd landed on hr back too! then rou tried and wen told her "just move your shoulders forward" and she really just moved her shoulders forward. hurr. it was reallllyy funnny. and sharon jodie and pinchian's one alo very funny. all like just piak into the water. haha! then after we tried another round we made wen try the backwards version of the flippy thing. which means instead of jumping off the yellow floating thingy and do a forward roll in the air and land in th water you jump off the yellow floating thingy and do a backward roll in the air an land in the water. i'm a hopeless failure in this. like, wen's was freaking nice. michk's wasn't that nice but min was just totally lousy. like, just jump backwards and piak. haha. yunxi's one also as about the same as mine. everyone else didn't try! sharon gave up and tried to do diving instead but it was really funny. she was trying to div it without a splash but int he end thre was a splash and a wave. after trying and trying everyone's standard remianed the same except for andrea who could do a sideward version.whee. though she was really trying to do a forward version. hurr. then we went back to play volleyball again just that this time we joined another group of people the people who took the same bus as us to the island. they're actually quite nice people. they were really good and didn't mind that we sucked (much). i spent half the time running after balls. gah. it was like the guy's birthday. his name is vincent. and after that he sent three girls to ask rou for her number. haha. really funny. then rou totally rejected him. so sad. it as his brithday! rejected on his birthday. ohwell. heh. too bad. rou only likes people like david yeo. then we ran across the bridge just for kicks but irritating tourists were taking up all the space so we couldn't run. then there was these bunch of guys and one girl at the pavillion. then this guy started talking to us. at first i think he spoke english then chinese then japanese. whtever. it was really confusing. then he asked "ni men sh ma lai xi ya ren.." (at least that's what i caught) then we were like "mei you mei you wo men shi xin jia po ren! we are from singapore!" then he was like "ohh!" and turned around to all the people behind him and said "ey! ta men dou shi xin jia po ren neh!" then the people behind were all like "ooh!" and were really excited and all. then the guy turned to us "they are from taiwan. taiwan university (or whatever i can't remember)" and they were even more excited and this guy suddenly popped out and said "wow! let's take a picture!" and he posed right in front of us. then 2 more guys came out and posed in front of us too. then the guy asked us "are you in high school?" then we were like "high school" then for some reason we spoke chinese back then the guy was like "wor! ni men dou hui jiang zhong wen ar!" then he turned back to the people behind him and was lik "eh! ta men dou hui jiang zhong wen!" thn they were all like "cheyy!" and started speaking to us in chinese. haha. funny. then we were standing there looking stupid for a while because we didn't know what to do so then the people who were posing said "lai ah lai gen xiao mei men pai zhao!" then we had to take like three photos for thre different cameras. so amusing. then after that we said like bye and all then i said "let's swim over to the big floaty thing!" which is not the yellow one it's the wooden one. so we all swam there but sharon slipped and knocked against something. at first i thought it was something really minor but it turned out her toe was bleeding non stop it was really scary i honestly thought she was going to bleed to death. so we quickly walked back and tried to stop it with tissue paper and wen even got out her garfield plaster. but i guess it was really painful because she was crying hen we washed it and all. and it seriously looked painful. ouchhh. then in the end the blood wouldn't stop so we had to bring her to the first aid place. on the way we saw the taiwan tourists but i didn't know it was them they just started waving like crazy then i guess i must have looked a bit confused because they were like "ta men bu ji de wo men le!" then i relaised it was the taiwan people. by the time the first aider got there the blood pretty much stopped already. the first aider had his own box of plasters so wen just stuck the garfield one on me and it's really cute. heh. th first aider also put antiseptic cream on her mosquito bite which she scratched til it looked really disgusting which i thought was quite funny but the guy thought that we were laughing at her and didn't symphatise with her injury. hur. then he asked us why didn't we have school today and we eplained the teachers' day thing and he started telling us about how ridiculous it was for his daughters to buy flowers for $15 and make him pay for it and he was saying he wants to go complain to the school and all that. heh. then we went back but the vollyball court was taken so we decided to play in a little clearing then as we were playing the monorail passed and rou said "let's wave!" so we waved and guess who turned out to be on the monorail? the taiwan people! so they all waved back (the guy who talked to us in the first place was extra enthu) so cute. haha. then everyone wantd to go back and they wanted to shower but rou and i dind't want to so we went to the sea for a while longer and it was low tide and by the time we reached the yellow floaty thingy we could still stand. the water just reached our armpits. so shalloww. anyway we wanted to go there and try the flippy thingy again. the girls on the yellow floaty thingy we got on thought we were a bit retarded i think. in the end of the whole thing we still couldn't do it properly. and rou knocked her leg against the floaty thingy and now she has a big bruise. then we went back and ate at the hawker centre at harbourfront mrt. yum. lohmee and shengmian. heh. going to watch stepford wives tomorrow. i'm feeling really dead now. i can't really rmeember all the stuff that happened today. haha. lft out quite i bit i think i'm too stoned to think!
